2023 Fall Festival


Admission to our Fall Festival includes access to over 20 different activities including Maryland's Largest Corn Maze, hayrides, jumping pillow, slides, mini ziplines, pedal karts, farm animal interactions, and more!

  • NOT included in the price of admission: pumpkins, sunflowers, cut flowers, apple cannons, gem mining, food/drinks, & merchandise
  • Kids 2 and under are FREE and do not require a ticket.
  • Your ticket has a 30 minute arrival window. We ask that you stick to this to help us control the flow of guests. 
  • You may stay as long as you wish until we close for the day. Your wristband is valid for the whole day, and you may come in and out of the farm.

Other Offerings

  • Concessions: we offer a wide variety of hot & cold food and beverage options at the farm! We are proud to partner with our sister store, The Farmhouse Exchange to offer local beef, pork, and poultry choices.
  • Beer & Wine: The bar is located by our Concessions area and is stocked with locally sourced beer & wine. A valid ID and and special wristband (given upon ID check) are required in order to consume. No one under 21 will be served, and drinks may not leave the contained, fenced area.

**Moonlit Maze Nights**Moonlit Maze is BACK for 2 NIGHTS ONLY this season! On Saturday, October 7th  and Saturday, October 28th we'll have extended hours until 10:00pm with live music from 6:00pm to 9:30pm. 

To purchase tickets, select Saturday, October 7th OR Saturday, October 28th. Then select the appropriate ticket (General Admission, Senior, or Active Military/Veteran). These days have extended hours. You may come earlier in the day, but the event formally starts with live music at 6:00 PM.

Private Campfires are available for a special 4 HOUR block from 6:00pm to 10:00pm. Book yours now - they sell out quick!

**Butterfly Releases**Join us for our newest event! Purchase a beautiful Painted Lady Butterfly that you'll get to release on the farm!

Saturday, September 30th at 2:00 PM -- *RAIN DATE: Sunday, October 1st*

An admission ticket is required to enter the farm and includes access to our activities for the whole day! Butterflies can be added onto your ticket below. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing in advance as we can't guarantee that any will be available to purchase onsite!

This will be a GROUP release at 2:00 PM - you are welcome to arrive earlier to enjoy our other activities! An announcement will be made for you to pick up your butterfly at the field before the release. 

This is an amazing opportunity for pictures and videos! Professional Photographers are welcome to accompany you with a paid General Admission ticket.

Season Passes

Unlimited visits to our farm! Season Passes are $40 for the entire season from September 23rd - October 29th, 2023. They are valid for entry on any day, at any time! To purchase, select the date and time for your first visit, then select Season Pass. Note: this date and time will remain on your pass, but you can still use it any time.

The last Hayride each day is at 5:30PM. The U-Pick Fields and Barrel Train close at dark.

The last ticket is sold 1 hour prior to closing. Kitchen closes 1 hour prior to closing.

CANCELLATION: ALL sales are final - NO refunds. We highly encourage you to create an account to make any adjustments to your reservation.

WEATHER: This event is outdoors and therefore held weather permitting. An announcement regarding any closures will be made at least 2 hours before opening. Please check our Facebook page, Instagram, website homepage, or call our voicemail for updates on conditions or closings.

-Magnolia Meadow Farms reserves the right to close any area or the entire farm at any time due to weather or unsafe conditions.

-If the farm closes on a day where you have pre-purchased tickets online, those tickets will be eligible for redemption on any other day/time for the remainder of the season.

-During any unexpected rainy or damp weather, we try to keep as many attractions open as we can.

-Remember that it is your decision to visit the farm on days with possible inclement weather. Your wristband is valid for the entire day should you choose to leave and come back. If the farm closes after you have paid/redeemed admission for the day and entered the farm, refunds or rain checks will NOT be issued.

-Please check the weather before purchasing or redeeming your admission and plan accordingly.

CROPS: Pumpkins, sunflower, cutflowers, and corn are agricultural crops and therefore subject to weather, growing conditions, and ripening variables. We cannot 100% guarantee what will be in bloom on a particular date, so prepare to be flexible with your visit.
