Private Campfire Reservations

Beer & Wine:

Our Private Campfires are located in a fenced area near our Concessions. The bar at our Concessions area is stocked with locally sourced beer & wine to enjoy casually at your campfire. A valid ID and and special wristband (given upon ID check) are required in order to consume. No one under 21 will be served, and drinks may not leave the contained, fenced area.

**Moonlit Maze Nights**Moonlit Maze is BACK for 2 NIGHTS ONLY this season! On Saturday, October 7th and Saturday, October 28th we'll have extended hours until 10:00pm with live music from 6:00pm to 9:30pm. Private Campfires are available for a special 4 HOUR block from 6:00pm to 10:00pm. Book yours now - they sell out quick!

Private Campfires available each day that we're open!
The last Hayride each day is at 5:30 PM. The U-Pick Fields and Barrel Train close at dark.
The last ticket is sold 1 hour prior to closing. Kitchen closes 1 hour prior to closing.

Our Private Campfires are close enough to all the fun activities, yet provide privacy and a nice place to gather with friends and family! Please check in at our Ticket Building when you arrive, and we will direct you to your reserved campfire.

WEATHER: This event is outdoors and therefore held weather permitting. An announcement regarding any closures will be made at least 2 hours before opening. Please check our Facebook page, Instagram, website homepage, or call our voicemail for updates on conditions or closings. During any unexpected rainy or damp weather, we try to keep as many attractions open as we can. Magnolia Meadow Farms reserves the right to close any area or the entire farm at any time due to weather or unsafe conditions.

If you have a Private Campfire reservation on a day we close, a farm manager will contact you by the phone number or email listed on your reservation. Rain dates cannot be given at the time of booking, but rescheduling is possible if open time slots are available. If rescheduling isn't an option, a full refund will be issued.

CROPS: Pumpkins, sunflower, cut flowers, and corn are agricultural crops and therefore subject to weather, growing conditions, and ripening variables. We cannot 100% guarantee what will be in bloom on a particular date, so prepare to be flexible with your visit.

CANCELLATION: Other than closing the farm due to weather, ALL sales are final - NO refunds. We highly encourage you to create an account to make any adjustments to your reservation. If you do not show within (1) hour of your scheduled time, you will forfeit your spot.
