CANCELLATION: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that this is a reservation for a limited-capacity, date-specific farm experience. Once purchased, tickets cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged for cash or credit for any reason, including but not limited to: changes in personal plans, scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, illness, or failure to attend. Tickets are considered services reserved and available for the selected date and time. Failure to attend or use a ticket does not constitute grounds for a refund.

WEATHER: This event is outdoors and therefore held weather permitting. An announcement regarding any closures will be made at least 2 hours before opening. Please check our Facebook page, Instagram, website homepage, or call our voicemail for updates on conditions or closings.

-Magnolia Meadow Farms reserves the right to close any area or the entire farm at any time due to weather or unsafe conditions.

-If the farm closes on a day where you have pre-purchased tickets online, those tickets will be eligible for redemption on any other day/time for the remainder of the season.

-During any unexpected rainy or damp weather, we try to keep as many attractions open as we can.

-Remember that it is your decision to visit the farm on days with possible inclement weather. Your wristband is valid for the entire day should you choose to leave and come back. If the farm closes after you have paid/redeemed admission for the day and entered the farm, refunds or rain checks will NOT be issued.

-Please check the weather before purchasing or redeeming your admission and plan accordingly.

CROPS: Pumpkins, sunflower, cutflowers, and corn are agricultural crops and therefore subject to weather, growing conditions, and ripening variables. We cannot 100% guarantee what will be in bloom on a particular date, so prepare to be flexible with your visit.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES:
By completing your purchase, you agree to this cancellation policy. Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted in violation of this policy are considered fraudulent. We will provide our posted policies, transaction records, and proof of attendance or availability to the payment processor when contesting disputes.
