Private Campfire Reservations

WEATHER: This event is outdoors and therefore held weather permitting. Weather events that could affect this reservation can include: rain, hurricanes, high wind advisories, burn bans and/or Red Flag warnings. An announcement regarding any closures will be made at least 2 hours before opening. Please check our Facebook page, Instagram, website homepage, or call our voicemail for updates on conditions or closings. During any unexpected weather, we try to keep as many attractions open as we can. Magnolia Meadow Farms reserves the right to close any area or the entire farm at any time due to weather or unsafe conditions.

If you have a Private Campfire reservation on a day we close or on a day where local mandates or weather events prevent us from hosting your campfire, a farm manager will contact you by the phone number or email listed on your reservation. Rain dates cannot be given at the time of booking, but rescheduling is possible if open time slots are available. If rescheduling isn't an option, a full refund will be issued.

CROPS: Pumpkins, sunflower, cut flowers, and corn are agricultural crops and therefore subject to weather, growing conditions, and ripening variables. We cannot 100% guarantee what will be in bloom on a particular date, so prepare to be flexible with your visit.

CANCELLATION: Other than closing due to weather-related events or local mandates, ALL sales are final - NO refunds. We highly encourage you to create an account to make any adjustments to your reservation. If you do not show within (1) hour of your scheduled time, you will forfeit your spot.
